This Privacy Policy describes how Domix.Dev ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our services, including the dxBinder control panel, the DD-BOT Discord bot, and the domix.dev website.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account data: Username, hashed password, faction/rank information provided during registration
  • Discord data: Discord user ID, username, and avatar hash — collected only when you voluntarily link your Discord account
  • Usage data: Activity statistics tracked through the dxBinder keybinder (e.g. in-game actions), stored per user account
  • Log data: Login timestamps, account changes, and administrative actions for security and audit purposes
  • Bot configuration: Discord server IDs and channel IDs configured by server administrators for DD-BOT

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and operate the dxBinder control panel and DD-BOT services
  • Assign Discord roles based on your faction membership
  • Generate and display weekly statistics for your community
  • Send service notifications via Discord direct messages (e.g. password resets, feedback updates)
  • Maintain security logs and prevent unauthorized access

3. DD-BOT — Discord Bot Data

DD-BOT collects and processes the following Discord data:

  • User IDs — to link Discord accounts to dxBinder accounts and manage roles
  • Server & Channel IDs — to deliver weekly statistics to configured channels
  • Message content — only within direct messages to the bot, used to power the AI assistant feature and immediately discarded after processing

DD-BOT does not log message content to any database and does not share data with third parties.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Log entries are retained for operational and security purposes. If you wish to delete your account or associated data, please contact us through our feedback system.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including password hashing and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Services

Our services interact with the following third-party platforms:

  • Discord — for OAuth authentication and bot functionality. Subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.
  • Anthropic (Claude API) — AI responses in DD-BOT direct messages are processed via Anthropic's API. Message content is sent to Anthropic for processing and is subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — used on login pages for bot protection.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us via our feedback system.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
