Welcome to Domix.Dev. By accessing or using any of our services — including the website, the dxBinder control panel, and the DD-BOT Discord bot — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
Domix.Dev provides tools for managing roleplay communities, including but not limited to:
- The dxBinder control panel for faction and member management
- The DD-BOT Discord bot for automated role assignment, statistics and notifications
- Supporting web infrastructure at domix.dev
2. User Accounts
Access to certain features requires an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services
- Abuse, harass, or threaten other users
- Submit false or misleading information
4. Discord Bot (DD-BOT)
By adding DD-BOT to your Discord server, you grant the bot permission to read and send messages in configured channels, manage roles as authorized, and store minimal configuration data (server ID, channel ID) necessary for its operation. The bot does not collect personal Discord data beyond what is required for its core functions.
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms. You may discontinue use of our services at any time.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domix.Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
